Just 5 minutes by car the Blanes and Lloret de Mar. The house has private parking, which is the best way to get around the area of Blanes, Lloret de Mar and the rest of the Costa Brava. It is 45 minutes from Barcelona and 30 minutes from Girona, very close to the access to the highway.

Booking conditions

  • 40% will be charged at the moment of the booking.
  • Security deposit of 500€ that will be returned at the check out, if there hasn't been any damages or breaks in the house.
  • Cleaning is not included in the price. It has a cost of 190€.
  • Pet fee 100€. Please ask us first for approval.
  • High chair and cot have a cost of 50€, both of them.
  • Check in from 3 pm.
  • Check out at 10 am.
  • Smoking is allowed only outside the house.
  • Respect and care of the facilities is required.
  • For groups under 25 years old, please ask us for approval before booking.
  • Parties are NOT ALLOWED, it is MANDATORY respect for the neighbours.
  • Local Tourist Tax of 1€/person is not included.
  • Cost for extra person/night 10€ (from 8 people)
  • Electric car charging €15/night.

Cancellation policy

Standard cancellation policy. There is no refund of the amount paid in advance. Therefore, the down payment made during the reservation procedure will not be refunded.

Force majeure cancellation Policy. Only in the case of unforeseeable circumstances such as official travel restrictions or closed borders (according to Spanish legislation). We will give you a voucher of the amount you have paid (the down payment). This voucher will be valid for future bookings in any of our villas.

A fantastic house to stay, you lack nothing. Very comfortable to spend your holiday there. Really super, everything you need is there.
Ester was really great. Very attentive and kindly took good account of us as guests with everything. Changing the beds and swimming pool was always done in good consultation. Frequently asked if we were having a good time. And if there were problems that were solved very quickly. And everything was always in consultation with us. Also a very nice person to talk to.
