It has 5 bedrooms (one of them is a suite with its own bathroom), a spacious living room, a fully equipped designer kitchen and a large cellar with a games room and billiards, several lounge areas and a fantastic barbecue.
Possibility of adding a third single bed in one of the rooms and a sofa bed in the cellar. On demand and with additional charge.

Booking conditions

  • 40% will be charged at the moment of the booking.
  • Security deposit of 800€ that will be returned at the check out, if there hasn't been any damages or breaks in the house.
  • Cleaning is not included in the price. It has a cost of 190€.
  • Pet fee 100€. Please ask us first for approval.
  • High chair and cot have a cost of 50€, both of them.
  • Check in from 3 pm.
  • Check out at 10 am.
  • Smoking is allowed only outside the house.
  • Respect and care of the facilities is required.
  • For groups under 25 years old, please ask us for approval before booking.
  • Parties are NOT ALLOWED, it is MANDATORY respect for the neighbours.
  • Local Tourist Tax of 1€/person is not included.
  • Electric car charging €15/night.

Cancellation policy

Standard cancellation policy. There is no refund of the amount paid in advance. Therefore, the down payment made during the reservation procedure will not be refunded.

Force majeure cancellation Policy. Only in the case of unforeseeable circumstances such as official travel restrictions or closed borders (according to Spanish legislation). We will give you a voucher of the amount you have paid (the down payment). This voucher will be valid for future bookings in any of our villas.

Guest's opinions

When you visit Santa Susanna you will find the Villa nestled among the sweet smelling pine trees on a hill in a very lovely quiet residential neighbourhood. From the many terraces that wrap around the villa the views are of a wooded valley sweeping down to the sea in the distance. Very romantic at night time. The traditional style Villa is a more spacious than the photos suggest. The facilities and interior are all very new and modern to a very high specification. The lovely pool with outside shower is serviced every week. The X factor to staying at the Villa was the excellent, efficient and very professional personal service from our host. No question too trivial, quick responses anytime of day. Lots of recommendations for trips and restaurants. The host cared very much that we were going to have a wonderful holiday. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Casa Susana.

We have really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Villa Santa Susanna. The comfortable and clean villa had everything to fulfill our needs: spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a good equipped kitchen an two large terraces to sit and eat outside. Moreover the large swimming pool, the billards pool and table tennis table have given us nice hours and memories. It was TOP.
