Booking conditions

  • 40% will be charged at the moment of the booking.
  • Security deposit of 300€ that will be returned at the check out, if there hasn't been any damages or breaks in the house.
  • Cleaning is not included in the price. It has a cost of 50€.
  • Cost for extra person/night 10€ (from 4 people)
  • Pet fee 30€. Please ask us first for approval.
  • High chair and cot have a cost of 30€, both of them.
  • Check in from 2 pm.
  • Check out at 10 am.
  • Smoking is allowed only outside the house.
  • Respect and care of the facilities is required.
  • Parties are NOT ALLOWED, it is MANDATORY respect for the neighbours.
  • Local Tourist Tax of 1€/person is not included.

Cancellation policy

Standard cancellation policy. There is no refund of the amount paid in advance. Therefore, the down payment made during the reservation procedure will not be refunded.

Force majeure cancellation Policy. Only in the case of unforeseeable circumstances such as official travel restrictions or closed borders (according to Spanish legislation). We will give you a voucher of the amount you have paid (the down payment). This voucher will be valid for future bookings in any of our villas.

Guest's opinions

Fantastic location! The apartment is situated in a tall (6 stores) residential building only 10 min. walk to Playa de Fenals beach and 15 min. walk from the old town center.
The apartment itself is nice, clean, and modernized recently so everything works. It consists of two small bedrooms and a living room/open kitchen. No oven but, microwave and two cooking plates.
The building also has a nice and clean swimming pool which is open for residents from 10-23 every day. We didn’t see more than 4-5 people using the pool at any time during our stay, so lots of room for you. We only used it once since the beach was so close.

Very nice apartment on the CostaBrava. Our host was very responsive, very nice and always available. There is a large community pool. We had a great vacation.
