Enjoy with family and friends at Villa Santa Cristina. This cozy and spacious property, with more than 300 m2 built and 350 m2 of garden with private pool. Distributed over three floors, it has six bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, several living rooms, Wi-Fi, barbecue and private parking for two cars inside and two more outside. The house has capacity for up to 14 people (up to two more beds can be added, at an extra cost for more than 12 people). Bed linen and towels included in the price, with free weekly change. Free garden and pool maintenance service.

In addition, we offer you the possibility of enjoying an amazing experience with family and friends, practicing outdoor activities such as Hiking, Kayaking, Snorkeling, Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP), boat charters and Sailing, or you can also get delighted with our exclusive “Chef on Demand” service.

Villa Santa Cristina is located in Blanes, in a privileged area, called Corona de Santa Cristina, in front of the protected area of the Garden of Pinya de Rosa and less than 1 km from the beach, very close to Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal, Cala Sant Francesc and Cala Boadella. Just 5 minutes by car from the Blanes town and Lloret de Mar.
The house has private parking, which is the best way to get around the area of Blanes, Lloret de Mar and the rest of the Costa Brava. It is 45 minutes from Barcelona and 30 minutes from Girona, very close to the access to the highway.

Booking conditions

  • 40% will be charged at the moment of the booking.
  • Security deposit of 500€, that will be refunded 24h after the check out, if there hasn't been any damages or breaks in the house.
  • Cost for extra person/night 30€ (from 12 people)
  • Final cleaning is not included in the price. It has a cost of 220€.
  • Pet fee 50€. Please ask us first for approval.
  • High chair and cot have a cost of 50€, both of them.
  • Check in from 3 pm (until 10 pm)
  • Late check-in 75€ (from 10 pm)
  • Check out at 10 am.
  • Smoking is allowed only outside the house.
  • Respect and care of the facilities is required.
  • For groups under 25 years old, please ask us for approval before booking.
  • Parties are NOT ALLOWED, it is MANDATORY respect for the neighbours.
  • Local Tourist Tax of 1,75€/person is not included.

Cancellation policy

Standard cancellation policy. There is no refund of the amount paid in advance. Therefore, the down payment made during the reservation procedure will not be refunded.

Force majeure cancellation Policy. Only in the case of unforeseeable circumstances such as official travel restrictions or closed borders (according to Spanish legislation). We will give you a voucher of the amount you have paid (the down payment). This voucher will be valid for future bookings in any of our villas.

The villa is awesome and spacious. We stayed 11 people for a week, and enjoyed every minute of it. The villa is located a bit outside the city center of Blanes, and there is a calm setting around the house.
