Magnificent and modern Villa Pinya de Rosa, located in Blanes (Costa Brava), with more than 700 m2 built, distributed over four floors, with elevator. It has six spacious and incredibly bright rooms with sea views, four bathrooms and one toilet. Without any doubt, it is the ideal house to enjoy a dream vacation, in the Costa Brava.

Live an unforgettable experience and refresh yourself in its fabulous infinity pool with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, surrounded by forests and vegetation, with a large garden and a cozy lounge area with barbecue.

The property has six bedrooms, one suite with a king size bed, two bedrooms with a queen size bed and three bedrooms with two single beds each. In addition, a third bed can be added in each of the rooms with single beds (on request and at an extra cost).

This unique space has an open kitchen, Italian design, very bright, which gives life to a spacious and comfortable living room. It also has a large game room, with billiards and table tennis.

The house is fully equipped, with air conditioning in all rooms, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a huge parking lot, with capacity for up to six cars.

Bed linen and towels included in the price, with free weekly change. It also has a free garden and pool maintenance service.

Just 5 minutes by car from Blanes and Lloret de Mar.
The house has private parking for up to 4 cars, which is the best way to get around the area of Blanes, Lloret de Mar and the rest of the Costa Brava. It is 45 minutes from Barcelona and 30 minutes from Girona, very close to the access to the highway.

Booking conditions

  • 40% will be charged at the moment of the booking.
  • Security deposit of 1.000€ that will be refunded 24 h. after the check out, if there haven't been any damages in the house.
  • Cost for extra person/night 50€ (from 12 people)
  • Final cleaning is not included in the price. It has a cost of 250€.
  • Pet fee 100€. Please ask us first for approval.
  • High chair and cot have a cost of 50€, both of them.
  • Check in from 3 pm (until 10 pm)
  • Late check-in 75€ (from 10 pm)
  • Check out at 10 am.
  • Smoking is allowed only outside the house.
  • Respect and care of the facilities is required.
  • For groups under 25 years old, please ask us for approval before booking.
  • Parties are NOT ALLOWED, it is MANDATORY respect for the neighbours.
  • Local Tourist Tax of 1,75€/person is not included.

Cancellation policy

Standard cancellation policy. There is no refund of the amount paid in advance. Therefore, the down payment made during the reservation procedure will not be refunded.

Force majeure cancellation Policy. Only in the case of unforeseeable circumstances such as official travel restrictions or closed borders (according to Spanish legislation). We will give you a voucher of the amount you have paid (the down payment). This voucher will be valid for future bookings in any of our villas.
