Booking conditions
- 25% will be charged at the moment of the booking.
- Security deposit of 500€ that will be returned at the check out, if there hasn't been any damages or breaks in the house.
- Cost for extra person/night 30€ (from 12 people)
- Cleaning is not included in the price. It has a cost of 150€.
- Pet fee 100€. Please ask us first for approval.
- High chair and cot have a cost of 50€, both of them.
- Check in from 3 pm.
- Check out at 10 am.
- Smoking is allowed only outside the house.
- Respect and care of the facilities is required.
- For groups under 25 years old, please ask us for approval before booking.
- Parties are NOT ALLOWED, it is MANDATORY respect for the neighbours.
- Local Tourist Tax of 1€/person is not included.
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
- 50% refund if canceled at least between 14 and 30 days before arrival date.
- Free cancellation due to force majeure, if canceled at least 24 hours before the arrival date. ONLY in the case of unforeseeable circumstances such as official travel restrictions or closed borders (according to Spanish legislation).
