This wonderful Villa is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa Brava, on a dead end street, with 24-hour surveillance service. and with a barrier that guarantees your security and privacy. The property is more than 1,000 m², with 350 m2 built, distributed on two floors. It has five rooms, very bright and all with beautiful views of the sea, 4 bathrooms. Without any doubt, it is the ideal house to enjoy a dream vacation, on the Costa Brava.
Live an unforgettable experience and cool off in its fabulous infinity pool with stunning views of the sea and the entire bay, surrounded by forests and vegetation, with a large garden and a cozy Lounge area with barbecue. The house is fully equipped, with air conditioning, smartTV, WIFI and parking. Very close to the villa there are stairs that take you directly to the beach, in about 10 minutes.
Experiences in the sea and in the nature
In addition, we offer you the possibility of enjoying an amazing experience with family and friends, practicing outdoor activities such as Hiking, Kayaking, Snorkeling, Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP), boat charters and Sailing, or you can also get delighted with our exclusive “Chef on Demand” service.

Booking conditions
- 40% will be charged at the moment of the booking.
- Security deposit of 1.200€, that will be refunded 24h after the check out, if there hasn't been any damages or breaks in the house.
- Cost for extra person/night 50€ (from 10 people)
- Final cleaning is not included in the price. It has a cost of 250€.
- Pet fee 100€. Please ask us first for approval.
- High chair and cot have a cost of 50€, both of them.
- Check in from 3 pm (until 10 pm)
- Late check-in 75€ (from 10 pm)
- Check out at 10 am.
- Smoking is allowed only outside the house.
- Respect and care of the facilities is required.
- For groups under 28 years old, please ask us for approval before booking.
- Parties are NOT ALLOWED, it is MANDATORY respect for the neighbours.
- Local Tourist Tax of 1,75€/person is not included.
Cancellation policy
Standard cancellation policy. There is no refund of the amount paid in advance. Therefore, the down payment made during the reservation procedure will not be refunded.
Force majeure cancellation Policy. Only in the case of unforeseeable circumstances such as official travel restrictions or closed borders (according to Spanish legislation). We will give you a voucher of the amount you have paid (the down payment). This voucher will be valid for future bookings in any of our villas.
