Booking conditions

  • 25% will be charged at the moment of the booking.
  • Check in from 3 pm.
  • Check out at 10 am.
  • To bring pets, please ask us first for approval.
  • Smoking is allowed only outside the house.
  • Respect and care of the facilities is requiered.
  • For groups under 25 years old, please ask us for approval before booking.
  • Parties are NOT ALLOWED, it is MANDATORY respect for the neighbours.
  • Cleaning is not included in the price. It has a cost of 50€ the guests have to pay at the arrival.
  • Security deposit of 300€ that will be returned at the check out, if there hasn't been any damages or breaks in the house.
  • Local Tourist Tax of 1€/persona is not included.
  • High chair and cot have a cost of 50€, both of them.

Cancellation policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 50% refund if canceled at least between 14 and 30 days before arrival date.
  • Free cancellation due to force majeure. ONLY in the case of unforeseeable circumstances such as official travel restrictions or closed borders.
