Booking conditions

  • 40% will be charged at the moment of the booking.
  • Security deposit of 300€ that will be returned at the check out, if there hasn't been any damages or breaks in the house.
  • Cleaning is not included in the price. It has a cost of 50€.
  • Pet fee 30€. Please ask us first for approval.
  • Check in from 2 pm.
  • Check out at 10 am.
  • Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment
  • Respect and care of the facilities is required.
  • Parties are NOT ALLOWED, it is MANDATORY respect for the neighbours.
  • Local Tourist Tax of 1,75€/person is not included.

Cancellation policy

Standard cancellation policy. There is no refund of the amount paid in advance. Therefore, the down payment made during the reservation procedure will not be refunded.

Force majeure cancellation Policy. Only in the case of unforeseeable circumstances such as official travel restrictions or closed borders (according to Spanish legislation). We will give you a voucher of the amount you have paid (the down payment). This voucher will be valid for future bookings in any of our villas.
