Terms and Conditions: Payments and Refunds

These are the conditions of use that govern reservations on the CostaBravaNatura.com website and represent the contract that the client establishes with us. By making a reservation on this website, you accept these Conditions of use and the legal aspects that you will find expanded here. Please make sure you read and understand them before using our website.

Once we have received your request via phone call, email or WhatsApp, we will send you the economic proposal with all the details about your reservation. For the confirmation of your reservation, it is necessary that the payment of 40% of the total amount is made by bank transfer, or by credit card on the “Payments” page of our website, with a reservation number that we will provide in the economic proposal.

If you choose the online payment by credit card, you can pay with Visa or MasterCard securely over the Internet. This payment is managed through PAYCOMET, a Banco Sabadell Group company that is an expert in digital payments. Your card details are sent directly to the bank, so it is impossible to read or access them by anyone other than the bank.

In the event that payment has not been received after submitting the order, CostaBravaNatura may automatically cancel it.

For payments from countries outside the Eurozone, if the bank applies any commission, it will be paid by the client (tenant).

Once we have received the down payment, we will send you the signed reservation contract. This reservation contract serves as a guarantee of proof of your reservation.

The amount pending payment, will be paid by bank transfer 30 days before the arrival. Another option is in cash or by credit card at the time of check-in.

Please note that, when paying by credit card with Visa or MasterCard at the check-in, an additional cost of 2% will be charged. However, additional fees may apply depending on the bank and the type of card used, like American Express or others. If you pay by credit or debit card, the conditions will apply at the time the card transaction is approved.

For payments from countries outside the Eurozone, if the bank applies any commission, it will be paid by the client (tenant).

If at the time of making the payment you experience any difficulty or error, try the following:
– Use an alternative credit card
– Use an alternative payment method to the one that is causing the problem
– Restart your browser and try again
– Delete cookies or clear your browser’s cache and try again
– If the problems persist, contact us by sending an email to info@costabravanatura.com

Any request for cancellation or change of reservation must be sent to us in writing, by email, and will be effective on the day we receive the request.

Standard Cancellation policy
– There is no refund of the amount paid in advance. Therefore, the down payment made during the reservation procedure will not be refunded.

Force Majeure Cancellation policy
– Only in the case of unforeseeable circumstances such as official travel restrictions or closed borders (according to Spanish legislation). We will provide you a voucher of the amount you have paid in advance. This voucher will be valid for future bookings in any of our villas.

There will be no refund if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services contracted before the end of their stay.
