Terms and Conditions: Payments and Refunds

These are the conditions of use that govern your reservations at costabravanatura.com and represent the contract you establish with us. By making a reservation on this website, you accept these Terms of Use and the legal aspects that you find expanded here. Please be sure to read and understand them before using our website.

Once we have received your request via phone call, email or WhatsApp, we will send you the economic proposal with all the details about your reservation. For the confirmation of your reservation, it is necessary that the payment of 25% of the total amount is made by bank transfer, or by credit card on the “Payments” page of our website, with a reservation number that we will provide in the economic proposal.

For payments from countries outside the Eurozone, if the bank applies any commission, it will be paid by the client (tenant).

Once we have received the payment of 25% of the total reservation, we will send you the signed reservation contract. This reservation contract serves as a guarantee of proof of your reservation.

The rest will be paid in cash or by credit card at the time of check-in, another option is by bank transfer 72 hours before the arrival. If you choose by credit card, you can pay with Visa or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Payment is managed through PAYCOMET, a Banco Sabadell Group company that is an expert in digital payments. Your card details are sent directly to the bank, so it is impossible to read or access them by anyone other than the bank.

CostaBravaNatura does not impose surcharges or additional costs when paying by card with Visa or MasterCard. However, additional fees may apply depending on the bank and the type of card used, like American Express or others. If you pay by credit or debit card, the conditions will apply at the time the card transaction is approved. In the event that payment has not been received after submitting the order, CostaBravaNatura may automatically cancel it.

For payments from countries outside the Eurozone, if the bank applies any commission, it will be paid by the client (tenant).

If at the time of making the payment you experience any difficulty or error, try the following:

– Use an alternative credit card
– Use an alternative payment method to the one that is causing the problem
– Restart your browser and try again
– Delete cookies or clear your browser’s cache and try again
– If the problems persist, contact us by sending an email to info@costabravanatura.com


Any request for cancellation or change of reservation must be sent to us in writing, by email, and will be effective on the day we receive the request.

You will be responsible for paying the cancellation or modification charges, except in the cases shown below.

• 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in.
• 50% refund if you cancel between 14 and 30 days prior to check-in.
• Free cancellation due to force majeure, if canceled at least 24 hours before the arrival date. ONLY in the case of unforeseeable circumstances such as official travel restrictions or closed borders (according to Spanish legislation).

There will be no refund if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holidays before the end of their stay
